Refund policy

Hey Gorgeous,

CROLAGE has an exchange only policy for returns. You’ve got 14 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. This applies to any (ready made) item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Shipping costs for returns are to be covered by the customer. 

Please ensure returns have a tracking ID. 

IMPORTANT: Damaged, worn, dirty, or any item that CROLAGE believes has been used will NOT be accepted. So please take good care of the garments.

To begin the process please;

1. Go on contact us page and email us.
2. Provide your, Name, Email, Order number and your reason for exchange so we can find the best solution for you.

Refunds can take up to 10 days due to bank processing.
